The asset
system maintains your asset information, asset number, current
location tag, status (“In Service”, etc), last inspection or
review dates and detail information. The inspection system
maintains records on all inspections or reviews of your assets.
Each inspection provides an overview or summary, methods
performed or requested in next inspection, repairs or
alternations performed during inspection, physical data
(thickness) and images, recommendations along with when
completed, pictures or images, and schedule with interval
periodic that is predefined or set by you when the next
inspection is due. The schedule portion of the system then
provides what inspections or reviews have been completed and
what are coming up and date due. Files such as reports or
maintenance information may be attached to the inspection.
Through a dynamic part of the system you may add your specific
review checklist that is in Microsoft WordŇ
or ExcelŇ.
Through the powerful query system, you are able to search on any
field of information or combination of fields, providing you a
specific view of desired information.
