We want our customers to be comfortable with the systems and information managed and accessed via these systems.  Providing a full program of follow-up plans helps to achieve this satisfaction.  This support provides preventative maintenance, enhancements and upgrades, continuing education, technical support and user or client reviews.  Each follow-up program may be customized to meet the needs and objectives of our customer to assure that the right solutions are implemented.

 

TRAINING

Training is tailored to meet the needs of the customer and individuals utilizing the system. This training addresses each of the needs and desires defined in the scope of the system.  The training is tailored to focus on individuals or groups who will use of the system. A casual user may not need as much training as an administrator, our purpose in training is to provide the right amount.

This training may be provided at our offices or on site as desired by our customer.
