IMPLEMENTATION

Implementing the right system and tools into a customer's facility is the our propose.  We use an established process to accomplish this integration.  This approach assures our customer's of the a valued return on their investment.

NEED REVIEW

Working with our customer we determine the needs of the individuals and groups at the customer's facility, understanding each need or desire.

SYSTEM ANALYSIS

We review the existing computer system at the facility, establishing an understanding of the hardware, software and system architecture.

SCOPE DEFINITION

We develop a clearly defined list of the needs and desires, along with a concise scope of overall goals or objectives.  This scope is reviewed with the client to ensure an accurate definition of the system is established for a successful solution.

PRODUCT/SYSTEM RECOMMENDATION

A "Value" orientated solution based upon this scope of definition is then presented to the customer.  This solution addresses software recommendation, regarding purchased packages, custom code or modifications to existing software, also hardware configurations, whether new equipment or modifications to existing equipment are recommended.

DESIGN

Upon approval of this solution, the configuration and deign of the system is completed.  Throughout this phase a continuous review is made to ensure quality and scope compliance are maintained.

INTEGRATION

An integration plan is developed to ensure the successful implementation of the new system.  This plan is reviewed with the client and includes installation, start-up and quality assurance testing.  Upon review and approval by the client, the implementation is then completed.
